Using the Minor Adjustment and Full Renewal features in Socket to amend Active Proposals

How to make a small adjustment to an existing Proposal or create a full renewal.

When it comes to making a minor adjustment, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! We’ve made this process super simple for you.

Once you have an active client, you’ll be able to see the “Adjust/Renew” button

in the “Client Details” section. Just click on the client name from the "Home" screen.

This gives you two options:

Minor Adjustment allows you make a small change, one that may not require a signature. For example if you’ve already had the verbal go ahead, then use use this to update their fees and billing amount. You can send out confirmation but without requesting a signature.

Choose Full Renewal to being the Create a Proposal process again. This time however, you won’t need to select the client and we’ll have pre-populated the services for you. We’ll also give you a comprehensive breakdown of any changes in this proposal, compared to the previous ⬇️

This means you can clearly see any changes to your practice revenue, helping assist with cashflow and revenue forecasting.
