In this demo we cover how to use the Price Monitoring and Minor Adjustment features in Socket to compare client software charges against fees collected through Socket, and make quick changes to your Active client proposals.

Quick Summary

  1. Export fee breakdowns from Xero (or other services), or, use an AI tool to format line items from your Xero invoice.

  2. If you have multiple accounts or ledgers, combine them into one file and adjust currencies as needed.

  3. Upload the file into Price Monitoring.

  4. Link the correct service in Socket.

  5. Identify unmapped subscriptions or clients missing services.

  6. Use Minor Adjustments to:

    1. Add missing services (e.g., Xero Comprehensive).

    2. Add custom flat fees for add-ons (e.g., £1.50 bank feeds).
