Amending a proposal before the client signs
If you've sent a proposal but the client hasn't signed it yet, you can pull it back to draft, make your changes, and resend it.
To do this, open the proposal and look for the Revert to Draft option. Once back in draft, you can edit services, pricing, dates, or anything else as if it were a new proposal. When you're ready, send it again as normal. The client will receive a fresh link to the updated version.
Note: if you change the proposal this way, the original link you sent the client will no longer work, so make sure you resend once you're done.
If the client has already signed
Once a proposal is signed and active, you can no longer revert it to draft. At that point you'll need to use Minor Adjustment or Full Renewal, depending on how significant the changes are. See below for guidance on both.

When it comes to making a minor adjustment, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! We’ve made this process super simple for you.
Once you have an active client, you’ll be able to see the “Adjust/Renew” button
in the “Client Details” section. Just click on the client name from the "Home" screen.
This gives you two options:
Minor Adjustment allows you make a small change, one that may not require a signature. For example if you’ve already had the verbal go ahead, then use use this to update their fees and billing amount. You can send out confirmation but without requesting a signature.
Choose Full Renewal to being the Create a Proposal process again. This time however, you won’t need to select the client and we’ll have pre-populated the services for you. We’ll also give you a comprehensive breakdown of any changes in this proposal, compared to the previous ⬇️
This means you can clearly see any changes to your practice revenue, helping assist with cashflow and revenue forecasting.
