Adding Activities to a Lead Record
Navigate to the Lead Detail page for the lead record you want to add a note or activity to.
Select the 'New Activity' button from the Activities section.
Select between activity types:
Call
Email
Meeting
Task
Add an 'Activity Owner' and 'Heading'.
If required, add a 'Due Date' and 'Description'.
6. Track activities and mark as 'Complete' from the 'Activities' section of the Leads board.
