Adding Notes and Activities to a Lead

Track your Lead's touchpoint timeline by adding notes and assigned activities for yourself or your team.

Adding Activities to a Lead Record

  1. Navigate to the Lead Detail page for the lead record you want to add a note or activity to.

  2. Select the 'New Activity' button from the Activities section.

  3. Select between activity types:

    1. Call

    2. Email

    3. Meeting

    4. Task

  4. Add an 'Activity Owner' and 'Heading'.

  5. If required, add a 'Due Date' and 'Description'.

6. Track activities and mark as 'Complete' from the 'Activities' section of the Leads board.
