Leads module is a fully integrated client pipeline, letting you track incoming leads and your existing client proposals.

Manage lead status, create proposals, and progress deals through to approval, all within a kanban style view.

You can set deal values to forecast revenue, add temperature icons, and even use the Lead Detail view like you would a CRM: tracking the potential client’s status and touchpoint timeline, add notes and activities such as calls, email, meetings, and tasks.

In the Leads module you can:

1. Track new leads and deals from enquiry through to won proposal.

2. Track existing client proposals.

3. Manage your pipeline with timeline history, notes, and assigned activities.

The Leads Board

The Leads board let's you track your leads and simplifies pipeline management.

  • Track "Active Leads", 'Won Leads" and "Lost Leads".

  • Add new deals and existing client proposals.

  • Add deal values and temperature icons.

  • Filter by "Prospect" or "Client".

  • Search Leads or filter by "Deal Owner" or "Deal Temperature".

  • Track total deal values per status for clearer forecasting.

The Lead Detail Page

The Lead Detail page shows you the history of the Lead's record. Here you can:

  • Start a new proposal.

  • Add notes.

  • Track activities (calls, emails, meetings, and tasks).

  • Track detailed timeline of status changes and activities.

  • Link the lead to an existing proposal.

  • Edit the lead's details.

  • Mark the lead as lost.
