How it Works
The reward is simple:
For the New User: You get a month discounted off your subscription fee (following activation of a paid subscription) provided the person who referred you is a Socket Customer.
For the Referrer: You get a month discounted off your subscription fee (including any add-ons) once the person you referred has completed their first full month as a paid subscriber.
Sharing Your Unique Referral Code (The Referrer)
To find your unique code:
Navigate to Practice Settings > Referral Program.
Copy your Unique Referral Code.
Share this code with your network.
How to Claim Your Reward
To ensure we apply the credit correctly, please let us know when you have referred someone. You can do this via:

In-App Chat: Message us directly through the support bubble.
Note: We will verify that your referral has successfully subscribed for at least one month before applying the free month to your account. This means your reward will typically be applied to your invoice once their first month is complete.
If You Have Been Referred (The New User)
To claim your free month, you must enter the code at the very beginning of your journey:
Enter the Code at Sign-up:
On the initial signup page, look for the Referral Code text.
Click it, and a box will appear for you to insert the code.
⚠️ Eligibility: Codes must be entered during the sign-up process. We cannot retrospectively apply referral codes once an account has been created.
Tracking Your Referrals (The Referrer)
You can keep track of how many times your code has been used by visiting the Referral Program page in your settings.
⚠️ Please remember that this list is for your reference; our support team manually verifies the subscription status of all parties before any discount is applied to an invoice.
Key Rules to Remember
The "One Month" Rule: Referrers become eligible for the reward after their referral has been a paying subscriber for at least 30 days.
Full Value: The reward covers your entire monthly subscription, including any active add-ons.
Verified Status: We check all subscriptions manually to ensure everything is in order before the credit is applied.
