Client × Services Matrix

This report shows all active recurring services against your active clients

  • Each service is displayed as a coloured square per client.

  • Makes it easy to see service coverage at a glance.

  • Ideal for spotting gaps, overlaps, and upsell opportunities.

  • Best used for portfolio reviews and commercial conversations.

Note: the matrix is a visual overview and does not include proposal numbers. If you need proposal numbers alongside client and service data, use the List Services by Client report instead.

This is often the best starting point if you want a high-level view of your client base.

Client × Services Matrix (With Values)

This report builds on the standard services matrix by adding financial context.

  • Shows the same client and service layout.

  • Each coloured square also displays the current value of that service.

  • Helps identify:

    • High-value clients

    • Under-monetised relationships

    • Revenue concentration across services

As with the standard matrix, proposal numbers are not shown in this view. Use List Services by Client or List Drivers by Client if you need that level of detail.

Useful for revenue analysis and prioritising growth opportunities.

List Drivers by Client

This report focuses on how proposal pricing is constructed.
