Navigating to External Links
The Client ‘External Links’ page makes it easy to map your clients that are linked to other integrations that you’ve set-up in Socket.
If any client record in Socket is missing a match to their respective record in your billing, practice management or AML software, you’ll be able to spot it and fix it here.
Navigate to your Clients page and select ‘External Links’ along the top.
Selecting an External Link
⚠️ Any Socket clients that have a triangle warning sign, indicates that we haven't been able to find a match. Click this icon to pick the respective client from the integration.
Changing an External Link
🔗 Any Socket client that displays the link symbol, is where we have identified a match. If this match is not correct then click the symbol and select the correct match.
Not Linked to Integration
Toggle this ON to display any Socket clients that have at least one integration missing. Any that are connected to ALL integrations will not be shown here.
