In the Communications section of Practice settings you can customise how you communicate with your clients and prospects, and how your team is kept informed.

Send Emails from Custom Address

You can configure Socket emails to come from an email address in your own domain. So instead of proposal emails coming from "[email protected]" you can set them to come from something like "[email protected]".

Sending emails in this way:

  • Improves the deliverability of the email and the chances it will land in your prospect's/client's inbox

Setting up Emails from a Custom Address

You'll receive an email from Postmark with instructions on how to update your DNS settings. If your emails are managed externally, forward these instructions to the right person that can help.

Once you have made the changes, let us know so we can verify everything on our side. After which, youโ€™ll be able to configure your settings by clicking on 'Set Up Custom Email Address':
