How to Manage your Socket Subscription

In order to access the VAT invoice for your Socket subscription, click this link below to head to your billing portal:

You also access it by heading to Practice Settings > Subscription and then click on Billing Portal.

Once inside the billing portal, scroll down to the invoice history section at the bottom of the page and click on the relevant invoice and then click 'download'.

In the payment method section in the billing portal you can chose to add a payment method or amend an existing one by clicking the pen icon that's displayed after the payment details.

You can also update your Billing information in the window below.
