Bulk Adjust Pricing in Socket

Socket's Pricing menu allows you to bulk adjust pricing across multiple services at once. This is ideal for rolling out firm-wide price changes or annual price uplifts without needing to update each service individually.

How to Bulk Adjust Pricing

Step 1: Open the Pricing Menu

  1. From the left-hand menu, click Services & Pricing.

  2. You’ll see a list of your current pricing menu and any drafts you might be working on.

  3. Select the 'three dots menu' next to the pricing menu you want to bulk adjust and select 'Bulk Adjust Pricing'.

⚠️ If you want a pricing menu to automatically become active on a future date, you'll need to copy your active pricing menu first and then set the new start date. You can then continue to 'Bulk Adjust Pricing' on the new draft pricing menu instead of your active pricing.

Step 2: Select the Increase

  1. Click 'Get Started'.

  2. Choose either 'Fixed Amount' or 'Percentage' and enter the amount you want to uplift each current price by.

  3. Click 'Preview'.

Step 3: Review the Changes

  1. Now you can see each service or driver and how much the increase will be, expand drivers to see more information about each increase.

  2. If you aren't happy with the increases you can alter the fixed amount or percentage from the edit bar at the top.

  3. You can choose to 'exclude' services or drivers by unticking that service or driver. This will then exclude this item from the bulk changes.

  4. When happy with any exclusions or changes, choose 'Save as Draft'.

Step 5: Publish the New Pricing

  1. Finally publish the new pricing menu by choosing the 'Publish Changes' option at the top.

  2. If you are publishing immediately this will overwrite your current menu.

⚠️ Publishing changes will overwrite your active pricing menu. This can't be undone, so make sure to keep your new pricing menu in draft until you're sure you want to publish it.
